How quickly will I get a quote?
Our Team quotes CPUs daily, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Typically, we can get you a price quote within 1-2 business hours.
How quickly will I get paid?
After we receive your material, our team has to check the quality of the material compared to the provided price quote.
Once the quality has been confirmed, you can expect payment within 1-2 business days – but usually, we do it the same day.
Do you pay for shipping?
We will pay for shipping (by providing a free shipping label) for all shipments of 1 pound or more of one specific material.
If you send less than 1 pound of one specific material, you are risking us not paying you for it.
By selling your scrap materials to Rockaway Recycling, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.
NOTE: Prices are not for resale or reuse. We do not accept laptops or phones. We honor 10 business days from the original date you received our quote. If we receive your package outside those days, you will be paid the market price of the materials the day we receive them. We will contact you if there are discrepancies, like an inaccurate price quote or missing information.
