Scrap Metal Prices Falling April 2013

Posted: April 15, 2013

After a return from the ISRI Convention and a delighted bunch of iScrap employees from kicking some serious butt…we came back to a down copper market.
It looks like China has some serious concerns about where the market is going and that has shown the last two-three trading days. Copper has really taken a hit and you will see a $0.15-$0.20 drop on many scrap metals.
The next question that people will ask me is whether or not we see the market going up anytime soon…and to that my answer is that I didn’t see the market going down so quick so I don’t have the right answer because everything is so confusing.
Keep tuned to our Pricing Page so we can keep you in the loop of the prices changing either for better or for worst. At Rockaway Recycling we always want to help you with the prices and show you how to make more money, so stay tuned for the next update.
