Rockaway Recycling, RRCats, & RRCarbide use PayPal as a platform to pay customers; however, we are not affiliated with them directly. Common problems that customers face are listed below with solutions and information from PayPal directly.

How To Release Funds on PayPal

Fund on Hold – PayPal Payments – Entering Shipping Information

Step 1 – Log in to your PayPal account, click “Overview,” and then click “Payments Received” to bring up your account’s recent activity. Select the Payment from “Rockaway Recycling”.

Step 2 – Click the “Print Shipping Label” drop-down menu next to the payment you need to submit a tracking number, and then select the “Add Tracking Info” option.

Step 3 – Enter the required information in the pop-up window, including the tracking number, carrier, and shipment status. Click the “Save” button to finish submitting your tracking data to PayPal.
