Work Hard…And Good Things WILL Happen.

Posted: April 22, 2013

Here we are on a Monday morning generally overwhelmed with work to do…but after that copper market took a quick jump down (and continues to do so) we have def. slowed a bit at the door.

Don’t get me wrong, there is ALWAYS work to be done, but we want there to be more work to do so we can continue to hire and expand our Rockaway Recycling team. It is not easy to do anything anymore, and we are learning more and more that hard work will pay off…but you have to work extra hard for things to materialize.

I know that in the future there will be more and more projects, more jobs, and more opportunities to earn business from new and existing customers…but you have to be patient, keep your overhead low, your employees content, and your customers happy. The secrets to business are not too hard, don’t overextend, save money, buy equipment that you need and don’t want, and keep your nose to the grind.
